Do you ship outside the US?

- Yes, we do ship to addresses within the U.S,and to several countries outsie the US. However, the days may differ based on the location of the place. 

How many days will it take to get my order?

- it will take approxilmatly from 6 to 16 buissness days, due to the corona situation.

Will I get a refund for products that are damaged or lost during shipping?

-LiYo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

After how many days will be able to get a refund if the product is not in my standard?

- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. What do I do if i didn't accept my refund within the time frame?

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
